Contact us for return approval and to let us know you will be sending us a return shipment.

Pack all the items being returned securely into a box (use protective packaging material).
3Attach a copy of the original order with item quantities returned noted with the return shipment.

5After you have sent the shipment, please track it to verify it made it back to us. Your return / refund will be processed within 14 days.
Eligibility of Items for Return or Exchange
Customers have the right to return any purchased items without defining the reason before
January 15th of the following calendar year of receiving those items from Fun One, Inc. The gift items can be returned if the ready-for-sale condition is preserved.
To return the items, Customers must first contact Fun One, Inc. to provide the reason for the return and to obtain a return authorization. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (Except in the case of defective or damaged items during original shipment).

Rules on returning and exchanging gift items with discovered defects:
Customers should notify Fun One, Inc. of any discovered defects and ask to rectify them within 30 (ten) business days from the moment of the receiving the gift items. Exceptions will be made for orders over $400 or for customers ordering early for their school's holiday shop. The January 15th policy as noted above applies to school holiday shop customers.
Customers have the right to return any gifts ordered ask for a money refund. In this case the gift items must be returned to Fun One, Inc., in ready-for-sale condition and may be subject to a 15% of the original order subtotal restocking fee. This fee will apply to returned merchandise if the return subtotal is above 10% of the original order.
To return the gift items, you must submit the copy of the original order or proof of purchase with the quantities of the items being returned.

Our return and refund policy is described above. We will accommodate any reasonable return request as defined by the return request policy above. If your order received free shipping and the returned gift items value causes the original order total to fall below the free shipping minimum purchase, the actual shipping costs will be deducted from the return refund amount.
